The (British) National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists (NRAH) is an independent organisation not aligned to any one school of thought. It is a nationwide register of advanced professional hypnotherapists and trainers.
The NRAH is comprised of individual practitioners and is open to any hypnotherapist who has been in practice for a minimum of 2 years, who can show a commitment to ongoing training (CPD) and is able to satisfy the criteria for registration as determined from time to time by the NRAH.
The NRAH was formed in 1990 with commitment to the maintenance of good practice, whilst providing the most effective treatment, delivered at the highest professional standard, to patients.
It is the intention of the NRAH to enhance the public awareness to the benefits of hypnosis/hypnotherapy by portraying a professional image of hypnotherapists and hypnosis, plus the encouragement of continuing professional development within the profession of hypnotherapy.
