United Kingdom Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations
The National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists is proud to be a member organisation of UKCHO (United Kingdom Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations). UKCHO is recognised by The Prince's Foundation for Integrated Health as an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom, working towards voluntary professional regulation. The ultimate aim of a professional regulatory body is to set standards of training that ensure that all practitioners are safe and competent to practice. It does this by establishing a code of conduct, ethics and practice, setting national occupational standards and a common curriculum for hypnotherapy training and, when necessary, enforcing disciplinary sanctions on practitioners.
